Great sleep. Since we cut our stay at the yurt short we needed to take more time getting to Regina where we were staying with Lorraine's aunt Mabel, so we aimed for Portage La Prarrie, Manitoba.
Despite our best efforts we were forced to go into Winnipeg.
The ipad quit and we needed an Apple store. The genius at the store pushed 2 buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds and fixed it. I know you're reading this Steve Jobs so have someone look into it.

It's rolling prairie with groves of little aspen trees, spruce and dwarfy oak trees.
Lorraine is standing beside a mature oak tree.
They produce these furry little acorns.
The spruces die and decay into the grass.
It was a subtle and beautiful landscape.
